Mga madalas itanong

Is the 7–38–55 rule true for all communication?

No. The deck notes it is not a general rule; it comes from specific research on inconsistent feelings and attitudes. The practical lesson is simply that guests notice when words and body disagree.

What should I do with my hands when I am not gesturing?

Keep them in a natural position, not in your pockets, not crossed over your chest and not fiddling with a pen or phone.

How do I point a guest in the right direction?

Open your palm and indicate the direction with your whole hand. Never point at a guest with a finger.
