Mga madalas itanong

Does ownership mean I must do every request myself?

No. Ownership does not mean doing everything yourself; it means ensuring follow-up, even when another team does the work.

What if the request belongs to another department?

Contact that department yourself, pass on the full details, make sure a specific person received it and agree a time. Never give the guest a number and leave them to call.

When can I close a request?

Only after you have confirmed it was carried out and checked with the guest that it was done as they wished.
