പതിവ് ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ

Should I tell an anxious guest not to worry?

Not on its own. Give a clear reason for reassurance: what will happen now, the options available and when you will update the guest.

What if the guest seems unwell?

Do not diagnose or offer medication. Follow the first-aid or medical support procedure, and escalate immediately for breathing difficulty, fainting or severe pain.

What should I do if I do not yet know the answer?

Avoid "I don't know, just wait". Explain who is following it up, give a time for the next update and stay the guest's point of contact.
