Hospitality Certification

Certification is useful when it records something specific and can be checked by someone who was not there. That is the standard the academy holds itself to.

What a certificate here means

A named person completed every mandatory lesson of a named course and passed its assessment at or above the pass mark, on a recorded date. Nothing more is implied, and nothing more is printed.

Verification

Each certificate carries a certificate number and a verification code. A prospective employer, an auditor or an inspector can enter the code on the public verification page and see the status immediately, without an account.

Expiry and refreshing

Safety and food safety certificates carry an expiry date because the underlying standard and the person recall both change. The academy warns the learner and their manager before expiry rather than after it.
